We do not require a referral; however, we recommend having a referral as some
insurance companies may require a referral. We want to ensure that we can meet the prospective
patient’s needs and referral helps us gather the information needed to provide the best

How long will my initial appointment be?
The initial exam is 60-90 minutes.
How long will my follow-up appointment be?
A psychiatry follow up is typically 20-25 minutes. Appointments may be longer depending
upon complexity. Therapy appointments are 50 minute.

How can I get a message to my provider?
If this is emergency then call 911 or go to nearest ER. For all other calls or questions, you can call the office at 920-843-9162 or message though your secure patient portal. We will respond to all requests through the patient portal or by phone.

Kindly check with your pharmacy if have refills on file. If no additional refills on file, you can call our office to request refills at 920-843-9162 or send us refills request through your secure patient portal.

If you are out of network we can still see you but won't bill your insurance. As self pay,

Our Office is open Monday to Thursday 8am-3pm. 7:30 am appointments are available only for our established patients.

For our established patients we always make time to see them sooner if not

adolescents. We primarily treat patients 3 - 21 year of age.

What is the difference between a psychiatric MD/DO and an APNP?
A psychiatric MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) is a physician who went to medical school, completed a four-year residency in psychiatry, and may have additional fellowship/specialized training. Total length of training may vary from approx. 7 years ( one board certified) and 10 years if ( fellowship trained and double board certified).
An APNP (Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner) is a registered nurse with a master’s or doctoral degree who is specially trained in mental health. They are certified and licensed to diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medications in collaboration with MD/ DO
